Creation of a DNA Helix

Art experiential workshop by the Stillness Project for The High Range School

Each child identified his or her beliefs, both positive and negative, and created an artistic representation of a DNA ladder. Through this activity they also came to understand that their genes shared a long journey with their ancestors. It enabled them to understand themselves and to take responsibility for their belief structures-I can’s and I can not’s -which might be crippling their infinite potential and growth.
